Regional Sales Manager - Northern California - Bay Area
The Enterprise RSM is a 100% new logo Account Executive hunter. You will be selling Disruptive Cloud File Data Services Infrastructure using a SaaS subscription model. This is a Field Sales role that requires 5-6 years successful enterprise solutions prospecting experience. To succeed as a Nasuni RSM, you must use your existing Channel ( VAR / Reseller), Alliances (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT systems integrator partner relationships.
Prior Enterprise IT Infrastructure sales is preferred, especially disruptive data storage, data protection, and data management cloud infrastructure.
Use your consultative disruptive selling expertise in Data Management, IaaS, Backup, Recovery, or Security to advise Enterprise prospects to migrate from Legacy On-Premises to Nasuni's proven Cloud File Data Services SaaS platform.

- Build a new territory that helps Nasuni continue to grow from $100MM ARR to $250MM ARR
- Leverage a proven Sales playbook and SaaS Selling Methodology.

- Onboard and Ramp-Up quickly using Nasuni University and our Sales Enablement Training.
- Exceed a low Quota on a regular basis to continually hit accelerators.

- Experience selling IT infrastructure solutions to Enterprise Customers.
- Prior experience selling disruptive data storage, data management, or data protection solutions.
- Great relationships among existing Nasuni Channel Partners, VAR, and Resellers.
- Experience building new territories and driving go-to-market strategies and programs
- Proven performance consistently attaining and exceeding Sales Goals and Quota.
- Strong Enterprise and Commercial territory IT relationships
- Daily and weekly calendar time blocked-off for dedicated prospecting
- Ability to continuously create new pipeline that is 3x and 4x above Sales Goals.
- This position is 100% remote and anticipated travel is around 50% within the territory.
