Nathan Dumm & Mayer P.C. (“NDM”) is a results-driven law firm that primarily represents defendants in complex civil, tort, and commercial litigation cases. Founded in 1973, the firm has a long history of success and client satisfaction. The firm represents a variety of different individuals and entities, including governmental entities, in various matters, including civil rights, personal injury, and employment claims, construction defect litigation, workers' compensation claims and personal injury matters.
NDM seeks a full-time associate attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Applicants should be well-versed in the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and have experience in preparing for and conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, including dispositive motions, preparing and responding to written discovery. Experience attending hearings and participating in trial are also preferred. Strong analytical, research and writing skills are essential for this position. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and must be in good standing. While not required, the ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
NDM offers competitive pay and benefits. Compensation range will be between $85k and $125k depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, associates can qualify for NDM’s bonus structure.
