Job description
Rapidly growing nationwide company seeking an experienced, professional account manager to handle incoming B2B leads as well as develop new ones. Our company provides CPR and First Aid training for companies located across the US.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in choosing and acquiring the right training plan for their organization.
This role is best for someone who enjoys the hustle and thrives in a fast-paced environment! Most contracts are closed within days of initial contact. We operate in a team environment that provides support and encouragement while allowing for the highest efficiency and productivity in the sales department.
The goal of the account manager is to create exceptional training experience for our clients. On-going relationship building is of highest importance in this role.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Communicate with customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or related roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- Excellent computer, phone, and organizational skills are a must.
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM software) is a plus.
- Knowledge of First Aid and CPR training is a plus, but not required.
Compensation Plan: Base plus Commission (guarantee for first 2 months)
