We are aggressively seeking a licensed individual to be our Head of Life Insurance. Life Insurance leads are generated by National Advisors Group marketing activity and prequalified by unlicensed call center associates to determine if the lead is “sales-ready.” Our Licensed Life Insurance Advisors take the “sales-ready” leads and develop customized insurance proposals, present proposals, and close sales.
We are looking for an individual that will primarily work from our corporate headquarters in Malvern, PA with the ability to work some days remotely over time. You will report directly to our SVP or Sales and will manage the overall production of the Life Insurance team. We expect that you will be laser focused on daily sales activity for the Life Insurance team making sure that the sales team has access to appropriate products/carriers, gets the training needed to stay productive and tracks the end to end pipeline to ensure all leads are receiving proper follow-up.
- National Advisors Group will provide a company owned laptop to access software and tools required to quote/bind business.
- We will provide significant on-going sales training support for your and your team
- We provide access to multiple A rated carriers
- Work schedule will be Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm with the ability to work remotely 1-2 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of licensed Life Insurance Advisors working across all fifty states and DC
- Ensure are new leads are worked quickly and comprehensively
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Meet production goals and objectives
- Spend roughly 50% of your time selling your own leads/clients
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text (travel will not be required to meet in person or travel to prospect homes/businesses)
- Use a consultative sales process to understand customer needs
- Develop customized insurance proposals, present proposals, and close sales
- Manage customer relationship to develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for Home, Auto and other insurance products
- Maintain excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction
Earning potential:
- Up to $5k signing bonus for qualified individuals (paid within 30 days of starting)
- Competitive base salary
- Commission on new sales sourced through National Advisors Group “sales ready” pipeline
- Increased compensation on your own clients sourced outside of the National Advisors Group sales pipeline
- No limits on commission earning potential
Requirements:
- Confident, self-starter with minimum 5 years recent insurance sales experience
- A Life license is required, preferably in multiple states
- Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of carrier contracts, systems, and services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products & ability to effectively utilize technology for lead management
