Falls of Neuse Management LLC (FNMLLC) is seeking an experienced IT ERP/POS Application Support Analyst in Raleigh, NC. We) provide management support services for American Welding & Gas, Inc. (AWG), National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. (NCS), and Warren Oil Company (WOC) from our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
ERP/POS Application Support Analyst --You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and support of ERP/POS systems and processes. You will also be responsible for creating, modifying, and solving issues for ERP/POS business related reports.

- Provide first level problem resolution of ERP/POS Application and related systems through monitoring and resolving support tickets and requests (70%)
- Act as subject matter expert in support of Retail and ERP systems
- Work with operations team to provide technical support to our retail locations related to the POS application and/or other related tools used
- Act as liaison with our vendors and technology teams required to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Create procedural and training documents as needed
- Provide system training to end users
- Maintain, implement and support scheduled nightly batch processes
- Manage user access and security to ERP/POS and related applications
- Reports (20%)
- Create new reports as defined by business
- Modify and troubleshoot issues
- Create ad-hoc SQL queries to provide data to business
- Follow technical best practices, policies, and procedures
- Additional Responsibilities (10%)
- Follow IT standard protocol for change / release management
- Participate in user acceptance testing efforts for software updates and / or enablement of new or changed functionality
- Document functional business requirements documents and well as technical requirements documentation as needed
- Work with cross-functional departments to support business to plan, execute, implement, and enhance retail systems
- Help identify and recommend technological changes where a change in process would increase efficiency, system security and/or stability
- Performs other job duties as required
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum (3) years' experience in technology
- Minimum (3) years' experience with retail ERP/POS systems
- Minimum (3) years' experience with SQL
- Minimum (2) years' experience creating and modifying reports with SSRS
- Advanced/Expert in the use of Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT and Point of Sale Application
- Experience with ERP application and standard modules (OE, AR, GL, AP, Inventory)
- Strong critical thinking, judgement, and decision-making skills

- Experience with direct end-user support

Additional Notes
- This position is full-time work in office and will require occasional travel up to 15%.
- This position will also require some support outside normal business hours and occasionally on the weekend.
