We are currently looking for a Family and Health Coordinator to fill vacant positions in Lodge, South Carolina.
The Family and Health Coordinator is responsible for implementing a strength-based case management approach to Family and Health Services, and Family Engagement practices. Experience working with Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Minimum requirements for this position:
Accepted: Associate Degree in Human Services, Health Education, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of two years of related experience working with families and their children providing basic coordination of family/health services. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Health Education, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of two years of related experience working with families and their children providing basic coordination of family/health services. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
