Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex in Jupiter, FL for a Treasury Analyst.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Deposit and properly code checks received at the corporate office
- Coordinate with AR department to allocate corporate cash receipts for accounting cash posting
- Prepare and maintain documentation of ACH and Wire requests
- Maintain PCard and bank user profiles, updating as appropriate
- Maintain credit card merchant IDs, adding as appropriate
- Support FPA team with research for daily cash forecast including maintenance of O/S check register
- Download and save monthly bank statements and ARP reports
- Handle necessary cash transactions for labs located abroad
- Once system implemented, reconcile lockbox daily, posting daily transactions to general ledger
- Once system implemented, assign lockbox payment exceptions to appropriate lab daily
- Grow into preparation of monthly cash account balance sheet reconciliations per calendar guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field preferred
- Prior treasury experience preferred
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
- All office equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Perform tasks at workstations standing and sitting for extended periods
