Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 60 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex in Jupiter, FL for a Treasury Analyst.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, paid time off; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Deposit and properly code checks received at the corporate office
  • Coordinate with AR department to allocate corporate cash receipts for accounting cash posting
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of ACH and Wire requests
  • Maintain PCard and bank user profiles, updating as appropriate
  • Maintain credit card merchant IDs, adding as appropriate
  • Support FPA team with research for daily cash forecast including maintenance of O/S check register
  • Download and save monthly bank statements and ARP reports
  • Handle necessary cash transactions for labs located abroad
  • Once system implemented, reconcile lockbox daily, posting daily transactions to general ledger
  • Once system implemented, assign lockbox payment exceptions to appropriate lab daily
  • Grow into preparation of monthly cash account balance sheet reconciliations per calendar guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet required deadlines
  • Team player, maintaining a positive customer focus, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field preferred
  • Prior treasury experience preferred

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

  • All office equipment


Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks at workstations standing and sitting for extended periods
