The Desktop Analyst II will coordinate the installation, management and troubleshooting of AV for conference rooms in a corporate environment..
This position will be on-site in Omaha, NE.
What will you do?
Coordinates the installation, management and troubleshooting of AV technology for conference rooms in a corporate environment.
AV training and support
Endpoint/Systems support and management
Hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment, and updating
What are we looking for?
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
3-5 years related work experience
Experience with corporate AV set up and troubleshooting
Workstation hardware component knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service
Who would excel in this role?
Experience with Microsoft SCCM
Patching and vulnerability remediation
Active Directory/GPO knowledge
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
ServiceNow knowledge
