Currently, we are interviewing strong leadership-oriented individuals with a desire to help others succeed.

As a Managing Director your responsibilities include the successful recruiting AND development of a team of salespeople.

Responsibilities

·        Their primary focus is on recruiting, developing agents.

·        Mentoring a team of financial professionals

·        Make their own team and management

Qualifications

·        Life and Health License

·        FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63(Or be willing to attain within 6 months)¹ 

·        Sales team recruiting and management experience

·        College Degree Preferred but Not Required

Initial Base plus Commissions.
