Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our services.
Customer Management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to achieve business targets and expand our customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Market Research and reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Customer support and Collaboration: Work closely with the Global truck repair team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the truck, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
