Presale Contract Specialist/CFLRP Project Monitor

Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience OR AA Degree

  • Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Timber Information Manager (TIM), Forest Service Activity Tracking System (FACTS)
Duties:

Provides expertise with timber sale contract appraisal and associated sale package preparation (KV/BD/Road maintenance/Stewardship Service Items, etc) responsible for assisting personnel with contract development and workforce training using various software applications such as TIMS/FACTS, special "C" provisions, timber sale appraisal/valuation and methodology, and trust fund review procedures. Provides additional oversight and coordination of ongoing CFLRP accomplishment tracking and supports GNA project review.

  • Contract preparation and appraisal specialist/mentor   80%
  • Local CFLRP/GNA project tracking and database input for gPAS,FACTS,TIMs. Trust fund training.   20%
