Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Deliver instruction to students using a variety of teaching methods and techniques
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or licensure (if applicable)
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and best practices in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in using technology for instruction and classroom management
