Statement of the Position:


National Seating & Mobility is looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of off-line and online marketing and communications strategies. The NSM Marketing team lead all facets of Marketing and Communication for the organization and the Integrated Marketing Manager will help support all these efforts, including, external website, intranet, collateral development, event marketing, email marketing, social media, and more. This is also a project management role with a heavy focus on cross-functional collaboration and process improvement through alignment, teamwork, organization, and data analysis.


As an ideal candidate, you are curious, dedicated, and excited to learn about all the different types of marketing. You are comfortable operating at tactical levels while providing insight into overall strategy. Position reports to the Director of Marketing, while also supporting efforts driven by the Director of Digital Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Partner with Marketing team to support all facets of marketing and communications
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to understand program details, collaborate on the GTM strategy and execute the marketing-related deliverables.
  • Support the launch of new marketing programs across multiple business units
  • Create, edit and provide direction regarding program and campaign execution through: email marketing, business case studies, sell sheets, webinars, and other collateral pieces
  • Manage, track and present program performance by channel/program
  • Analyze and report performance, insights and improvement recommendations for churn, growth and engagement of databases to improve conversion efficacy and conversion rates
  • Developing content marketing assets in partnership with cross-functional team
  • Help gather market intelligence, including customer and competitive insights
  • Monitor success criteria and provide recommendations for ongoing program enhancements and optimizations.
  • Stay current on developments in the mobility industry (e.g. complex rehab technology) to inform marketing strategy
  • Other duties as assigned


Work Environment:


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Required Education, Experience & Competencies:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented person who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Able to collaborate with various departments and team members and be a first-class influencer to inspire, and motivate to achieve outstanding results
  • Passion for the customer and end consumer
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Innovative thinker with intellectual curiosity
  • Strong collaboration skills, clear team player, can-do attitude
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus
  • Ability to travel as necessary
