Responsibilities
- Schedules appointments and meeting locations; coordinates business events.
- Manages travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel and car rental. Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards.
- Independently recognizes the need to initiate, coordinate, and implement departmental projects. Prepares reports and presentations. Collects and analyzes information. Drafts correspondence and responses to routine memos and letters.
- Assumes responsibility to ensure commitments and deadlines are met; confirms that materials requested from others are received and requested actions are completed.
- Responsible for completion of reimbursement requests.
- Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Anticipates problems and proposes solutions in advance.
- Coordinates special projects within assigned department.
- May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.
- Creates moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets and visual presentations for projects.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Business-related or professional development coursework preferred.
- Associates Degree preferred.
SKILLS:
- Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 - 5 years administrative experience required.
- Experience in a healthcare environment may be desired.
- Office management or experience supporting an executive level position preferred.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
