The intern will be working closely with Supply Chain and IS teams to communicate project schedules with Nationwide Children's Hospital locations. The intern will also support the Print Supply Chain team by working in the print shop on various print-related functions and other functions including follow up and editing of support tickets, data entry, vendor communications, and some light printer troubleshooting.
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Fully on-site at Central Campus in Columbus, Ohio

- Make outbound calls to NCH locations to discuss project schedules
- Follow up with NCH locations by phone or email on a predefined schedule
- Accurately update information on SharePoint
- Contact customers regarding print related inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Database searching
- Data entry
- Communication to customers via email (professional writing skills)
- Communication to customers via phone (professional speaking skills)
- Possible physical visits onsite to hardware (this can be waived if needed)
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Position requires the ability to interact effectively with customers and information systems personnel across the organization.
- Position may occasionally require ability to assist in moving printers and related hardware.
