As an Account Manager…
You will be the voice of Nationwide Medical, Inc. communicating closely with our referral partners during the patient intake process. Are you enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer service? Let’s talk!
What You’ll Do
- Help oversee management of selected contracted labs, private referrals, respiratory therapists, sales reps, and patients with regard to reporting, medical records, process management, patient tracking, patient issues, and any other miscellaneous procedural/administrative tasks
- Provide educational information to referral sources regarding items needed for incoming referrals
- Conduct scheduled calls and emails with referral sources to ensure accurate and timely file completion of patient files
- Work with referral sources to educate on best practices regarding current patient information, patient supply program, medical record requirements, etc.
- Exercise judgment to reach decisions independently to execute the processing of accounts when special circumstances are presented
- Oversee operations in the office, including opening and closing the office and knowledge of company policies to maintain the office, service walk-in patients, and handle regulatory visits
- Meet department priorities and goals set forth by management
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Must have attention to detail
- Proven skill to multi-task and prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn company-wide databases
- High School graduate or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
