Description
NATECH is recruiting for a Archibus Support/AutoCAD Analyst. The Analyst must provide facility and software engineering program support services in a wide range of areas supporting the National Airspace System (NAS) implementation programs for the Office of Facility Management at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The ideal candidate will perform a mix of routine and varying assignments associated with the management of the ARCHIBUSs facility management software applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree desired with an emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Data Science, Analytics, Architecture, Design, and 2 years of experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; The ability to read/understand architectural and furniture plan drawings and to create or modify AutoCAD drawings independently
- Knowledge of space planning principals and utilization
- Experience providing quality User Support / Customer Service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Experience writing basic database queries (SQL Server) and/or filtering large datasets
- Excellent data analytical and/or data mining skills
- Detail oriented
- Understanding of Data Integrity and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at a proficient level
- Experience documenting, testing, troubleshooting, training, and supporting software applications
- Strong computer software and analytical skills
- Experienced using AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and/or ESRI
- Knowledge of facility management concepts and/or ARCHIBUS or other Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)
