The full-time Assistant Manager assists with overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS
- Two or more years experience in Casual Full Service Dining
- Proficient with Inventory systems and labor scheduling software
- Serve Safe or Equivalent Food Safety Program Certified
- Strong Restaurant Financial Acumen including P&L Management
- Strong POS, Microsoft, Operating Systems Experience (ALOHA)
- Strong Operational Excellence Focus
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
JOB DUTIES
- Maintain a harmonious workplace atmosphere.
- Hire, train, and fire employees as needed.
- Develop a budget and implement cost-cutting measures.
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a clean and safe establishment.
- Oversee reservations.
- Oversee cleanliness of the restaurant.

- Oversee kitchen clientele.
- Oversee food supplies.
- Watch over dining room clientele.
