About the Role
The Programmatic Strategist will be responsible for effectively managing programmatic campaigns, while also maintaining a deep understanding of the Nativo platform and all DSP integrations. The Programmatic Strategist will work closely with the Sales team and will report into the Programmatic National Lead. The Programmatic Strategy team is responsible for maintaining client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective programmatic campaigns. This position will collaborate with the Content, Design, Analytics, Ad Operations, Engineering and Product teams.
What You'll Do:
- Setup and Manage Nativo direct sold programmatic deals that transact through assigned DSPs
- Troubleshoot across all deal types and loop in appropriate team members as needed
- Train & Certify to become an internal expert on all DSP partnerships
- Identify in-campaign upsell opportunities for high performing PMPs and other products that meet client goals and objectives
- Monitor deal health to ensure campaigns are pacing and performing on target
- Assist with asset collection, content creation, campaign assembly and third-party tagging
- Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal team members and clients
- Provide reporting support for active and completed campaigns
- Collaborate with Head of Programmatic and Product to outline strategic initiatives
- Strategically manage, maintain and grow client relationships
- Gain unique, in-depth insight into the Programmatic Strategist role
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience working in large DSP platforms (preferably TTD and DV360)
- 2-3 years of campaign management and client communication experience
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work well with & without constant direction
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- BA/BS degree in Business or Communication

Within One Month, You’ll:
- Establish relationships with key team members
- Learn the ins and outs of Nativo’s programmatic offering and capabilities
- Understand Nativo’s business and vision
Within Three Months, You’ll:
- Create deals and reports for client campaigns
- Understand DSP nuances and best practices for setup
- Assist in campaign build and launch
Within Six Months, You’ll:
- Manage client campaigns and be primary point of contact
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Work with sales team to grow programmatic opportunities
Within Twelve Months, You’ll:
- Be an expert in our programmatic offering and a key resource within Nativo
- Lead client troubleshooting calls and campaign wrap reports

Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The starting pay range for this role is $75,000-$85,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years’ experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
