Lawn Care Branch Manager

Job Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all branch-level operations, including supervising and managing a team of administrative and operational personnel. The Branch Manager will oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of staff as well as managing the branch finances and reporting criteria. The manager will help to create and implement strategies that improve the growth and performance of the branch. The Branch Manager will be in direct coordination with Home Office support entities regarding training, policy and procedures implementation, budgeting and marketing strategies, and branch sales.

Duties:
- Manages and supervises all employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
- Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
- Forecasts and plans according to fiscal needs.
- Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation, fostering a positive environment.
- Fleet oversight.
- Oversees marketing strategy and the implementation of the branches' specific marketing plan.
- Manages and ensures satisfaction of the customer base.

Qualifications:
- Capable of encouraging, leading, and mentoring team and staff members.
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proven skills to expand the business with new accounts.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Accomplished at meeting goals and budgets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
