With this in mind, our Damascus, MD location is currently interviewing for the entry level position of Service Technician.

After completion of your initial training, you’ll begin providing homeowner’s with the healthier, safer lawn that NaturaLawn of America has been known for since 1987.

This is done through the application of granular and liquid materials to their property, “on-time, on-schedule” throughout the year. In addition to the skills required for this, we’ll work together to develop your skills in agronomics, customer service, equipment maintenance, sales, and finally inventory and time management.

After your 1st year in your new role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills training and managing others, so that you may prepare for the opportunity of managing a current (or soon to open) NaturaLawn of America location.

Candidates should have a clean driving record, be in good physical condition (you should be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly ), have good communication skills, and enjoy working outside and helping customers.

Our typical workweek is Monday through Friday, with overtime paid when you work over 40 hours, and we offer:

· 1st Year Income - $30,000 to $40,000
