Responsibilities:

- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar
- Utilize Google Suite or other software to create and edit documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, clerk, or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures or experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
