DG-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-04/05 grade level or DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining office filing, receiving incoming phone calls and taking messages, greeting official visitors and arranging for proper identification/passes; 2) Preparing standard correspondence, reports and other documents ensuring proper grammar, spelling, punctuation and format; 3) Preparing and processing travel documents, including travel orders, vouchers, itineraries, visit requests/security clearances, invitational and foreign travelrequests; and 4) Maintaining office supplies, including ordering routine office supplies using applicable processes.
