This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess:
1.) Successful completion (or will complete by June 30, 2018) of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees with AND I have completed at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. (This requirement can be obtained within the degree or in addition to the degree). OR
2.) Currently a career or career-conditional employee of the Department of Defense who occupied an 1102 or contracting position with authority to award or administer contracts in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) in an Executive Department on or before September 30, 2000. OR
3.) Currently an active duty military member of the armed forces (other than Coast Guard) who occupied a contracting position or similar occupational specialty to the GS-1102 on or before September 30, 2000. (You must be a current member of the armed forces on the date you apply to this announcement for this provision to apply.) OR
4.) Currently in the Contingency Contracting Force.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying contracting regulations, contract law and legal precedents; compiling/evaluating price and/or cost data for a variety of pre-award and/or post-award activities; and performing tasks in support of contract administration. OR
Successfully completed (or will complete by June 30, 2018) a master's or equivalent graduate degree in any combination of accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. OR
Successfully completed (or will complete by June 30, 2018) two full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education in any combination of accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. OR
Successfully completed (or will complete by June 30, 2018) an LL.B or J.D.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS GS-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: monitoring contractor requirements and completing required contractor paperwork. OR
Successfully completed (or will complete by June 30, 2018) one full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours) in any combination of accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. OR
Successfully completed (or will complete by June 30, 2018) one full year of law school. OR
Successfully completed (or will complete by June 30, 2018) a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement through the following method (choose only one) No more than 10% of academic credit can be based on pass/fail or similar non-traditional grading systems.

· 2.95 GPA overall or higher or in last 2 years (= or less than 10% Pass/Fail)

· 3.45 GPA or higher in major or in last 2 years in major (= or less than 10% Pass/Fail)

· Upper 1/3 ranking in graduating class (You must submit proof with your application)

· National Scholastic Honor Society. Membership in a freshman honor society cannot be used to meet the requirements of this provision. (You must submit proof with your application)

DEGREE AUDITS ARE NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE FOR TRANSCRIPTS.
IF SELECTED, AN OFFICIAL/SEALED TRANSCRIPT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO AN APPOINTMENT DATE BEING ESTABLISHED.
