Requirements:
· 1-2 years’ experience in fine dining, upscale, or high-end restaurants
· Strong knowledge of steaks, seafood, wine, spirits, cocktails, and upscale dining etiquette, with the ability and desire to learn more.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A positive attitude
· A strong personality
· A strong team player and knowing when to ask for help.
· Ability to work evenings, nights, weekend brunches, weekend nights.
· Experience with Toast point of sale system preferred
· Experience with Open Table reservation system preferred
· Up-to-date liquor license
Responsibilities
Bartenders
· Being on time 15 minutes before your shift
· Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision and consistency.
· Answer questions or have recommendations guests may have about liquor, beer, and wine with confidence.
· Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
· Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
· Knowing extensive food, wine and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform guests and peers.
· Closing the bar accurately and efficiently and checking out each night with the Manager.

Servers
· Being on time 15 minutes before your shift.
· Opening side work is complete before the restaurant opens
· Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests.
· Assist with menu selections with the guests.
· Extensive food, wine and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform guests and peers.
· Knowing all ingredients on each dish that will change seasonally.
· Take and repeat back each order.
· Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
· Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
· Ensuring all closing sidework is done, helping others complete theirs, and checking out with the closing server before clocking out and leaving the building.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
