The client is seeking a video support specialist who is extremely well-rounded in processing and scheduling videoconference requests, and managing other issues via telephone and email using Microsoft Office 365.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager, and endpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
Videoconference Requests : Process and schedule videoconference requests, managing other issues via telephone and email.
Last year, over 12,000 conferences were scheduled.
- Microsoft O365 Utilization : Utilize Microsoft Office 365 for managing tasks and communications.
- Videoconferencing Operations Management : Assist with the day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for a multisite videoconferencing network.
- Communication : Use professional written and oral communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration : Work successfully across multiple teams to ensure smooth videoconferencing operations.
- Technical Support : Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.
- Conference Support : Support conference room meetings, point-to-point, and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences.
- AV Support : Provide limited audio / video support for management off-site activities.
- Confidentiality : Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities.
- Issue Reporting : Report operational and technical issues to managers.
Key Skills :
- Videoconference Management : Experience in processing and scheduling videoconference requests and managing related issues.
- Polycom & Cisco : Prefer experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.
- Microsoft Office 365 : Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office 365.
