We are currently recruiting FUTURE LEADERS to join our winning team! The ACCELERATED training program is designed to develop candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in sales, warehouse operations or corporate services. This program includes a variety of knowledge broadening assignments that provides exposure to all aspects of the company with emphasis on product training, wholesale distribution best practices, sales training, systems resource training, sales effectiveness process, market development plans, operations/logistics and corporate services. The training plan is up to 24 months. During the first year, you train in each of the following areas: Warehouse Operations, HVAC Inside Sales, Roofing Inside Sales and Corporate Services. In year two, your career track is identified and you train a year in that specific area. At the end of the training period, you are placed into a position based on your career track.
What does it take?
- Bachelor’s Degree (construction management, logistics, industrial distribution business, marketing, communications majors preferred)
- A strong desire to have lasting career in the building materials industry
- Willing to relocate
