We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with experience in geriatrics to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to geriatric patients
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with feeding and medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
• Implement and maintain patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nurse
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and personalized care

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Knowledge and understanding of geriatric care principles and practices
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
• Physical endurance and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Shift and Time : evening shift, 14 : 00-22 : 00

Schedule Details : full time, evening shift, 8 hours, 14 : 00-22 : 00

Pay Rate : $680 - $800 weekly base on experience

Weekend Rotation : as needed

On-call Requirements : n / a

Holidays Requirements : as needed

Floating Requirements : n / a

Experience Required : 12 months experience in the last 18 months

Experience Preferred : PCC charting

License Required : MO CNA license

Certificates Required : BLS Client Specific
