TITLE: Job Coach Rover
SALRAY RANGE: $19.50 - $21.00 / Hour
DEPARTMENT: NCI Affiliates North
LOCATION: Salinas, CA
SCHEUDLE: Part Time, must be available Sundays
BONUS: $250 Sign on Bonus (paid at 90 and 180 days)
Job Coach is responsible for providing training and support to individuals. NCI Affiliates, Inc. (NCI) is a private non-profit agency that is dedicated to providing services that encourage & support individuals with intellectual disabilities, so that they may successfully achieve their personal and professional goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle and maintain a current California driver’s license.
- Must provide on-going proof of current state required auto insurance.
- Must clear fingerprints through the California Department of Justice and the FBI.
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Must be available to work Sundays
- Guarantee services compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Ensure Individual’s rights are met and are of foremost importance.
- Ensure compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management.
- All employees are mandated reporters as such you are required to report all suspected incidents of abuse, neglect, and sexual assault in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that Individuals are oriented and trained specific to the companies Safety Program including weekly safety meetings, drills, and maintain records.
- Understand and submit all paperwork as required by deadline including transportation paperwork, attendance, job coach notes, objective sheets, incident/accident reports, time studies and case management documentation.
- Ensure that task analysis and time measurements are current and conducted according to the Department of Labor standards.
- Provide individuals with continuous instructions for work specific to vocational growth and training objectives that guarantee and correspond with abilities and development.
- Ensure a safe, clean and sanitized environment, according to the Department of Health Standards and Regulations.
- Execute and monitor contract requirements to ensure quality of workmanship and customer expectations are being satisfied.
- Adhere to internal operating procedures that include, preparing documents of daily cash records, inventory records and daily deposit of cash receipts.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment and SDS guidelines.
- Assist Individuals served with coordination of transportation to and from the job site.
- Execute proper allocation of agency resources (product, space, time, people, etc.).

Physical Requirements:
Essential functions of this position require that employees regularly sit, stand, bend, twist and walk. Employees may occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
