Email Marketing Coordinator

The Data Analyst/Email Marketing Coordinator will work with the CRM and Marketing teams across the brands and businesses to coordinate the quality, security, and maintenance of the guest data, KPI's and campaign performance. The analyst will assist the CRM Manager in defining and executing email marketing campaigns and data processes across all properties and business units to meet & exceed annual revenue goals and data collection.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily email marketing and CRM tasks as assigned.
• Ensure data KPIs are being met and provide feedback insights, learnings to Stakeholders to adjust efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing team on marketing initiatives and implementation of CRM strategies.
• Assist in running Ad hoc reports, analytic reports, and dashboard views as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST and some experience in Power BI or Datorama will be a PLUS.
• Proficiency in HTML code. Must be able to adapt and review html codes as needed.
• Graphic Design knowledge and experience must be able to update creative assets upon request.
• Ability to learn new systems and be proficient and productive.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SendGrid, Constant Contact, others is a MUST.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation, research, and project coordination skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail oriented.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data analysis skills and SQL coding experience is a plus.
• General understanding and background in Hospitality business is a plus.
• Ability to understand and implement marketing strategies.
• Ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• High customer service orientation with desire to spend significant of time interacting with others.
• Positive, upbeat, can-do, professional, and responsible attitude.
• Independent and self-directed, yet also team oriented.
