1. Description
- This candidate must be organized and shall maintain a professional work environment. Required skills in communications with high levels of organizational effectiveness. This person must have integrity, be dependable and be self-driven.
2. Responsibilities
- Print and hand out billings to project managers.
- Prepare and submit billings to customers and enter into accounting software.
- Update accounts receivable look-ahead spreadsheet as billings are submitted.
- Attend a monthly forecasting/billing meeting with project managers.
- Follow up on payment status of AR invoices.
- Update and maintain a billing schedule for current jobs.
- Enter month end journal entries for close out.
- Print and distribute AP invoices to project managers for job costing.
- Collect and data entry AP invoices into accounting software.
- Pay invoices when we receive payment.
- Request releases from vendors.
- Reconcile monthly statements from vendors.
- Enter credit card statements into accounting software.
- Total AP invoices by job and enter into the AR look-ahead spreadsheet.
- Create and maintain a daily task list.
- General office duties. (Answer phones, greet walk in traffic, file)
3. Requirements
- 3 Years in an office, working with accounts payable/ accounts receivable
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving History
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Well Organized with ability to prioritize
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
