The Director, Revenue Operations will support a global sales team of minimum 25 sellers and regional partners, with direct engagement with regional sales, BD, and partner leads. This involves supporting a complex sales process and being the go-to resource to support process issues, contracting, and path to close activities. The ideal candidate brings a world class Sales Ops/RevOps playbook with proven performance and demonstrated results. The Sales Operations Leader will also bring deep experience and domain expertise in administering consultative sales methodology (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC) and process and driving weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and Demand Gen, Pipeline, and Sales KPIs. As such, the right candidate will be analytical and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills. This role also requires strong written and verbal communication skills. This role reports directly to the CRO.
