- Set sales leads
- Diagnose HVAC systems
- Build accurate repair quotes
- Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
- Perform routine maintenance
- Train junior team members
- Communicate with clients and customers
- Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
- Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs
- Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs, work outdoors, crawl in small spaces, climb ladders
- Are EPA certified or willing to become certified immediately
- Experience 1 year of install and 1 year of service
- Have the ability to create relationships centered around teamwork
- Always exhibit a positive attitude
- Have good communication skills
- Are willing to improve learn the latest technology
- All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid drivers license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record
