Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Ride along with sales team members.
- Hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- Foster a culture of safety and integrity, teamwork, passion for selling, resilience, customer service, growth, top performance, high and initiative.
- Support employee communication with the management team.
- Attend meetings along with management staff
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
Requirements:
- Must have Management experience
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Suites. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Lead by example, positive attitude
