Recruitment
- Recruit new foster parents
- Working with foster parent recruiters
- Locating and scheduling marketing events in the community
- Ensuring targeted recruitment to meet current demand by utilizing data
Certification and Recertification
- Lead the charge on the certification and recertification process as required by state licensing
- Maintain knowledge of current state regulations relating to foster homes
- Assist team with steps and actions required for foster home allegations, policy rights violations and/or corrective action (CAPs)
- Participate in the admissions process from youth referral to placement, if applicable
- Maintain all aspects of the foster parent record in the database
- Provide (on a rotating schedule) on-call advisory and support to foster families; report and document activities
Initial and Ongoing Training
- Manage all aspects of foster parent initial, ongoing and recertification training
- Provide (on a rotating schedule) on-call advisory and support to foster families; report and document activities
- Ensure training of Hobb’s principles of Re-Education and Necco culture
- Analyze referral declination and provide trainings specific to address
Retention
- Use data to analyze foster home retention rates and develop action plans to address
- Ensure a support team to foster homes throughout the process and for the children with higher needs
- Lead the charge on foster parent recognition and celebrations

Position Qualifications
- 21 Years of Age
- A Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the human services field
- 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage and Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent Computer Skills along with the ability to learn new skills and/or programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
- Travel/Training Willingness
