What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Project Coordinator position at NEI Global Relocation?
NEI is seeking an IT Project Coordinator whose main objective is to manage projects of cross-functional teams across the organization. The employee will lead client-facing technology projects and request clients adopt and extend technology to help sustain and grow our client base. Using Agile delivery, this role handles daily operations including client requests and identifying, planning, and managing project milestones.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manages the development, execution, maintenance, and reporting of Client IT project plans and schedules
- Encourage internal cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, CRM, & Sales) to meet client IT deliverables
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Analyze project requirements, establish an Agile approach, and execute appropriate levels of planning, scheduling, and control
- Manage risk and issues throughout project lifecycles
- Communicate, escalate, and resolve complex project issues or roadblocks
- Subject Matter Expert in client-facing system

- Technology savvy—ability to come up to speed on technology quickly
- Proven experience of Agile practices including managing multi-team agile projects
- Previous background in Customer Experience roles with a strong technology background is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
