Scope
Neighborhood House (NH) operates multiple education and employment programs that serve several hundred individuals and families annually. These programs provide multilingual, multicultural case management, and comprehensive employment search, placement, training, retention and career advancement support for job seekers throughout King County. This position works with job seekers of all backgrounds to assist them in securing meaningful employment, job training and career advancement opportunities.
The Jobs & Housing Program provides a steady place to live, an interim job, and access to supportive services and career navigation for individuals experiencing homelessness. This position provides career coaching, job readiness, employment services and assistance with obtaining permanent employment. The role will work closely with Program Supervisor and Housing Advocates to support participants. The ideal candidate will have lived experience or experience providing support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
