The Opportunity: Regional (Logistics) Coordinator
- Compose all service schedules and routes for kitchen grease cleaning services
- Telephone, email, and text customers to confirm service schedules and follow up on previous work performed
- Communicate schedules and routing to the field technicians
- Handle customer service tasks including special requests, complaints and changes in service
- Maintain and update customer records and report data to appropriate management personnel
- Invoice jobs after service has been completed
- Manage all administrative responsibilities within the office
What you will bring to NELBUD.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience required
- Working knowledge and/or experience with computers, technology, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Previous service, dispatch or logistics scheduling is a plus
