Maintenance & Landscape Laborer

Nella Terra Cellars is looking for a landscape maintenance laborer to join our team. We are looking for someone hardworking with good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Experience in irrigation repairs is a plus. Pay is dependent on experience.

If hired you will be caring for and cleaning gardens and well as project related tasks. Approximately 8 hours per day 5 days a week. Tasks consist of: weeding, weed-wacking, pruning, lifting-plants soil or mulch, planting small plants to large shrubs/trees, and other projects.

In addition to garden work, the position will have opportunity to participate in various other onsite projects that can include, but are not limited to masonry, carpentry, renovation, and construction. On days when we are hosting events onsite, the position may include supporting tasks such as positioning tables and chairs and other event set-up tasks.

-That you have a positive attitude and like being outdoors, engaging with clients and colleagues, and can work hard and efficiently.
-That you are able to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
-You are able to bend, squat, kneel, use hand tools repeatedly, and go up and down stairs or difficult terrain for a full day of work.
-You will need your own vehicle to get to work.
