Collaboration, relationship-building, communication and leadership are key aspects of the Data Analytics Product Owner role. Support our Data Analytics initiatives and to drive our reporting and predictive analytics programs across our business. Engages with stakeholders to drive data and analytics outcomes by serving insights via data science, BI and reporting capabilities. Coordinate product development, release planning, and manages the overall successful delivery of new and existing products. The ultimate purpose of the Product Owner is to understand the Stakeholder needs, prioritize those needs based on business value and communicate those to the Technology Delivery Team so they can continuously improve the product. Focus in this position should be to maximize the value of our products from a business strategy, design, market, and customer perspective. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Works very closely with agile development teams to create use cases, requirements, and estimations in support of company objectives. 2. Define Data & Analytics project feature delivery timelines and risks 3. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers on approaches to business opportunities 4. Involved in documenting release notes and managing the analytics behind the customer’s journey through products. 5. Ensure client documentation is updated and effective including release notes and roadmaps. 6. Launches new products with assistance from the Product Manager. 7. Works with clients directly and manages a client feedback tool to ensure voice of the customer is heard and felt in each product. 8. Studies and reports on product analytics. 9. Provides business insights and direction to other team members. 10. Confidence presenting and tailoring messaging to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership 11. Is a resource for onboarding new team members EDUCATION: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: 1. 5 years related experience or existing product knowledge. 2. Minimum 1-3 years of Data Analytics experience 3. Experience using an Agile methodology 4. Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading Kanban teams is preferred COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: 1. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects. 2.
