As a Recruiting Coordinator, we’ll depend on your vast organizational skills to keep our team on track. Your rock star-level eye for detail will keep your teammates running at the top of their game. Your sunny disposition will be a vital part of welcoming new recruits to the team, as well as helping us put on our best foot forward at conferences. As with all great roles, knowledge, adaptability, and dependability are key to this position. - Effortlessly schedule applicants.
- Administer skills assessments and complete new hire paperwork with the greatest of ease.
- Show off your sleuthing skills while completing background and reference checks.
- Use your ninja-like precision to maintain essential reports, complete motor vehicle reports as needed.
- Help us look our best by attending recruiting fairs, assisting with organizing and participating in on-site recruiting fairs, and creating a positive first impression of Corporate Recruiting.
- Put your communication skills to work talking with supervisors and managers as required, and sending letters to candidates who meet our standards and those who don’t with equal class.
- Teamwork time: Assist with recruitment and interview process, schedule conferences, meetings, travel.
- Be the friendly face who assists with temporary associates and provides short orientations when necessary.
- Help keep everyone in order by maintaining organization charts and the People Services directory.
