Location: Fairfield, CA
Compensation: $26-26
- Six month contract
- FT hours, 7AM - 3:30PM, M-F
Job Title:
Established company in Fairfield looking for a logistics coordinator to support their team.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Customs
- Provide required documents (e.g., Facture, Arrival Notice, House Bill of Lading) to
- Ensure all customs laws are adhered to (including filing of ISF) and piece
- Logistics
- Create Deliver Orders and notify drayage carriers via Arrival Notice to ensure the pick
- Manage the relationship with truckers and adjust weekly quantity of containers
- Valuation
- Responsible for preparing an inbound spreadsheet per master bill of lading (MBL)
- Receiving
- Direct deliveries by receiving goods into destination storage locations via MIGO and
- Other
- Will act as a backup to the Logistics Clerk and Inbound Manager during their absence..
