Fantastic mid-sized Engineering firm seeks self-motivated, multi-tasking pro to help with day-to-day inter-office needs and client interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Answers phones, greets and assists visitors, directs calls and responds to inquiries.
· Proficiently operates Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
· Produces letters, memos and correspondence on engineering topics such as, legal descriptions and easements, engineering agreements, reports, studies, ads, proposals, specifications, tables, contracts, forms and all other business typing as requested by department personnel.
· Types all of the testing reports and e-mails or mails them out.
· Maintains and orders office supplies.
· Files correspondence and other records.
· Maintains project files.
· Maintains job database.
· Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
· Prepares outgoing mail and opens and sorts incoming mail.
· Prepares miscellaneous spreadsheets, charts and graphs as needed for project assistance.
· Assists in making travel, conference and seminar arrangements.
· Coordinates company events, including, but not limited to the Christmas Party and the Summer Picnic.
· Assists in office overflow work with other Administrative Staff.
· Performs errands to various locations, when necessary.
Based mostly in Jackson, WY, but with the opportunity to work out of our Victor, ID office as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
