Overview:
Our client, a leading organization recognized for its excellence in project execution and engineering, is seeking their next Construction Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide energy-efficient solutions.
- Identify energy conservation measures, develop project scopes, calculate energy savings, and articulate the conceptual design of energy efficiency projects.
- Oversee field operations to ensure projects meet the owner's specifications, are completed on time, and maintain a flawless safety record.
- Manage daily work schedules and document site activities through daily logs.
- Coordinate all phases of construction on-site, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that work proceeds according to schedule and budget.
Experience Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Willingness to be on-site approximately 90% of the time, with 10% remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related four-year science degree.
- Certifications such as PE, CEM, LEED AP, or PMP are advantageous but not required.
- Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and problem-solving.
