Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our product team. You will be working for our workforce management solution to lead the planning, execution, and launch of our Unified Platform.
Gather requirements and translate them into user stories for the engineering team
Develop and maintain project plan, problem lists, status and budget reports
Interview stakeholders and end users
Work with sales, customer service and customers to understand issues and enhancement requests
Ensure that user story acceptance criterias are met
Track priorities, activities, issues, and progress of assigned projects.
Conduct quality assurance checks and product usage tests in order to insure we are accomplishing client expectations
Coordinate with sprint team to deliver enhancements and bug fixes
Product owner that’s both business and tech savvy
Highly organized, diligent, disciplined, curious and effective leader
Proactive facilitator, collaborator, and listener
Dynamic multi-tasker that’s self-motivated with the ability to get the job done
Team player that truly values team successes and collaboration
What You Have
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Saas products
Experience working closely with Customer Support , Sales and Development teams
Experience with the entire SDLC, from discovery through delivery
Expert communication skills and experience in effectively liaising with the team, stakeholders and clients
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and tools (Aha!, Jira, Confluence) a plus.
