NeoPollard Interactive (NPi), North America’s leading provider of innovative iLottery solutions, seeks a Content Specialist, Brand Marketing to join the Brand Marketing team. We’re looking for an experienced curator of content to maximize our brand presence through effective and engaging storytelling. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing content, both internally and externally, and building strategies to distribute both short- and long-form content that will add value to NPi’s existing customer network and drive inbound prospect engagement.

Every brand has a story, and as our brand possesses the highest market share in the U.S., we have a lot to celebrate and communicate about our technology, Power Suite of iLottery services and our game content that are driving this success. This role is responsible for building connections to our teams to identify these stories, but even more importantly to ensure that these stories build connection with our existing partners and business development prospects.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid location in Lansing, MI. Preferably in Eastern or Central time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Business Development to develop and lead the brand’s content strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and source content to support the brand’s goals
  • Build a consistent marketing funnel that addresses all critical brand messaging from content creation to the execution of content across relevant distribution channels. Examples include owning and executing the development of white papers, case studies, email marketing, social media marketing and of sales and marketing presentations
  • Write and/or review both long- and short-form copy
  • Develop and/or oversee creation of branded/stylized marketing material   
  • Organize and manage content library
  • Lead and manage the development of brand marketing events
  • Measure the success of brand marketing campaigns (i.e. email marketing KPIs, LinkedIn KPIs, webinars, events, etc.), reporting on performance trends and identifying areas of opportunity
  • Ensure all content is on-brand in terms of style, quality and tone
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Experience and Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A creative eye that will ensure all marketing collateral aligns to the brand
  • Ability to transform complex data into insightful content stories
  • Experienced in project management to monitor, execute and deliver multiple projects at a time while communicating progress and managing timelines
  • High proficiency in use of Canva
  • Proficient in use of Mailchimp
  • Proficient in use of LinkedIn for business pages
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related business field required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a B2B brand and/or content development
