What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3D Art Director position at Neoscape?
The Position
In this role, you’ll help projects come to life by expertly leading, coaching and managing 3D artists on film, rendering, and interactive 3D initiatives. You’ll get your hands dirty helping fellow artists and leadership to see the client’s vision through, creating and delivering top-notch visualization all while leveraging the team’s talents and strengths.
Your Experience
- 7 years’ experience in 3D Architectural Visualization
- 4 years’ experience managing project teams with a track record of leading high performing teams of artists and empowering people to do their best work
- Proven ability to produce outstanding workplace standards and guidelines
- Excellence in managing multiple projects and ability to successfully delegate work to others
- Ability to jump into any aspect of a project
- Demonstrated success in pitching clients and conveying concepts
- Proven ability to communicate visual intent and proof of concept.
- Ability to understand technical aspects and troubleshoot 3D and 2D files
- Proven success in managing project timelines, budgets, and teams.
- Mastery with 3D Studio Max, VRay, Corona, Adobe Creative Suite.
