Position Title: Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Tysons Corner, VA with Telework Options (currently mostly telework due to COVID)
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. Due to the nature of this government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required.

NEOSTEK, an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM 365 Developer to work as a member of a team to design and implement Dynamics 365 based solutions to address a range of business needs which may involve collaboration, workflow, content management, document management, or business intelligence/reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure based applications.
• Create or reuse workflows and workflow extensions.
• Write plug-ins to apply business logic and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Participate in small- to mid-sized development teams involved in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on CRM out of the box and xRM applications.
• Assist with the development of user stories, use cases, and design artifacts.
• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders, requirements and development teams.
• Adhere to and contribute to architectural best practices and established CRM customization standards.

Requirements:

• Strong cross functional and technical knowledge
• At least four (4) years of Dynamics solution development experience
• Experience with configuring Dynamics CRM or D365 – Entities, Forms, Views, Workflows, Dashboards, Security, Plug-ins
• Scripting experience (JavaScript, jQuery, etc.) and ability to test and debug code or scripts
• Strongly Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
• Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of Relational Data Design
• Experience working in a team environment (multiple developers, other roles). Agile/Scrum preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to discover business problems, identify possible causes, and design quick and effective solutions
• Self-starter who can work independently and be a strong team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience working with Federal Government agencies preferred

Mandatory Requirements:

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information
• Due to the nature of this government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required
• At least four (4) years of Dynamics solution development experience

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
• Microsoft SharePoint certification a plus
