Job Title: Front Desk/Recruiting Assistant

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Office Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Job Description:

Nerd is on the lookout for a vibrant and detail-oriented individual to become a pivotal part of our team as a Front Desk/Recruiting Assistant. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in both recruiting and front desk operations, ensuring seamless office functioning. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided; however, a strong aptitude for computers and excellent communication skills are essential. Recruiting Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Assisting team members with email correspondence, text messages, and inbound and outbound calls.
  • Utilizing CallTools software to manage and track communication with candidates.
  • Tracking candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilizing Google Sheets for data entry and interview tracking.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals.


Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Conducting stock checks and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
  • Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Operating scanning and printing equipment as needed.
  • Greeting interviewees and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Providing assistance and direction to interviewees and visitors as needed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and surrounding spaces.


Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite software (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or administrative support is preferred but not required.
