We are looking for an Educator to join our cosmetology team!
The Institute of Beauty and Wellness Milwaukee is hiring! We offer flexibility in schedules to allow educators to work in salon and educate the future of our industry! Our program offerings include a Mon-Wed schedule as well as a Tues-Sat schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate and implement core curriculum, training, and evaluations
- Help students with state board preparations
- Observe and mentor clinic floor
- Assist in coaching student development
- Implement company systems and policies
- Maintain knowledge of Aveda products and services
QUALIFICATIONS
- State of Wisconsin License in Cosmetology
- Two years of experience in the industry
- Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience
- Experience with virtual learning
- Love for the beauty and wellness industry
- Aveda experience is a plus
